TERMS OF SERVICE.

1. Manufacturing Protocol

All products are manufactured as per the industrial specifications agreed upon at the time of quotation. Banquet Chairs India (SSI Chairs) reserves the right to modify mechanical designs for structural integrity and longevity.

2. Order & Payment

Custom orders, specifically those involving PVD gold coating or custom upholstery, require a technical confirmation and advance deposit. Balance payments are due prior to dispatch from our Ludhiana facility.

3. Logistics & Delivery

Nationwide supply is managed through authorized logistics partners. While we ensure industrial-grade packaging, transit timelines are subject to carrier schedules. Bulk orders are insured against structural damage during transport.

4. Warranty

Our Mild Steel (MS) frames carry a structural weld warranty. This does not cover fabric wear-and-tear or chemical damage to finishes (PVD/Chrome) caused by improper maintenance.
